IncidentRootCause

This table lists possible root causes of an incident.

  1. To filter the list of records, enter a few characters in one or more of the fields at the top followed by an asterisk, then press enter.

  2. Click a link to edit, or click New.

  3. Enter a Code and Description.

  4. To assign preventive actions to this root cause, click New on the Preventive Actions tab and choose an action (from the PreventiveAction table). When this root cause is selected, the related actions are added to the Actions tab.

  5. Identify which suite(s) the root cause is available in.

  6. Click Save.
